What is a Coach in Residence?
A flexible, embedded coaching partnership that gives your people regular access to high-impact coaching, without the commitment of a full-time hire and without the costs of repeated external engagements.
Our founder, Sarah partners with your business 2 days per month, creating a bespoke programme that supports your people where they need it most, typically over a 6 or 12 month period.
Your package can include:
1:1 Coaching - for leaders, new talent or those who support. Coaching that creates the foundations for healthy relationships through strong self-leadership that inspires confidence and enhances wellbeing
Drop-in Coaching Clinics – short, focused sessions employees can book or grab on the day, to create the connection and space to work through challenges and decisions for personal and professional growth.
Team Coaching & Workshops – guided coaching sessions and facilitated workshops to strengthen the ‘container’ for team connection, building trust, enhancing communication and collaboration.
Lunch & Learn Sessions – bite-sized workshops that blend education with coaching on topics like authentic communication skills, cultivating embodied confidence, building nervous system capacity and much more.
