Signature Workshops
The Healthy Leader and Healthy Team signature workshops can be run as either a half day (3.5 hour) single session or delivered as a 3 workshop series (2.5 hours each) spaced across a number of weeks.
Workshop prices are based on a maximum cohort of 16. Additional participants can be included at a fixed cost per head of £80pp +VAT for the single session and £150pp +VAT for the series. Please contact us to discuss further.
Pricing for these workshops does not include any off-site hired space to host or any refreshments. These can be run within an appropriate meeting or training space within your office. If an off-site location is required or preferred the cost of this would be in addition to the workshop delivery. We are happy to support and advice on off-site locations.
At Lead with Health we are an environmentally conscious business and do not produce printed materials for workshops. Journals, blank paper are all participants need to work through the experience. If printed materials (worksheets etc) are preferred we are able to provide these at an additional cost, or share content in advance for participants to print themselves.
Travel for facilitators within the Greater London area is included. Locations further afield may require additional travel costs.
Lead + Health Immersion and Blueprint
The Lead + Health Immersion is a full day ‘retreat like’ experience, great for leadership off-sites or team building days. While these can be hosted in appropriate studio spaces within an office, an off-site location creates the best experience.
The price for the Immersion is £4,800 + VAT for delivery of the 3 workshop sessions and 3 immersive sessions (somatic practices, group work). This does not include the hire of external space, food or refreshments. We are happy to provide a bespoke all-inclusive package with studio hire (budget and location options can be explores), lunch and refreshments included. Pricing for this can be provided.
The Lead+Health Blueprint is a keynote presentation that can be delivered as part of larger events, at town halls or in other settings. Pricing is determined by keynote length, event style and audience size. Please get in touch to discuss.

Participation
Our facilitator(s) will share timings, outline agendas and guidance to participants prior to all workshops. We will arrive prior to start times and ensure the space and materials are set up. The quality of experience for all workshops is influenced by both the preparation and presence of the facilitator and the preparation fo presence of the participants. We ask that participants are fully present for themselves and for the benfit of the whole group and they prepare for this by switching off from emails, calls and other distractions for the duration of the workshop and ensuring they arrive in good time to begin at the stated start time. We fully commit to doing the same.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking for all services. The remaining balance is due 3 working days before the first session is delivered. Client’s are welcome to pay in full at the time of booking and a 5% discount will be applied to the core cost in this case.
Lead with Health is a trading name for Studio Elizabeth Limited Incorporated and authenticated under the Companies Act 2006 (no. 14667747). Studio Elizabeth Limited is VAT registered (no. 486422078). Invoices will be issued from Studio Elizabeth Limited and payments are to be made via BACs. Account details will be provided on invoices.
Cancellation Policy
Lead with Health is a small, predominantly founder-run business. We approach all our client engagements as human relationships first and foremost. We will approach navigating changes or cancellations with a fair, reasonable and human approach that respects both our time and resources, our client’s unique situation and, fundamentally the ongoing relationship.
Clients can cancel any booking with 10 working days notice and receive their full deposit back. If cancellations occur inside 10 working days of the workshop delivery date a portion of the deposit (up to the full 50%) will be retained, this can be agreed on a case-by-case basis. For cancellations that fall within 3 working days of the workshop delivery date (after the balance due date), the 50% deposit will not refundable and a portion of the balance may be retained, this can be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are able to reschedule with 10 working days notice for any event. Requests to reschedule with less than 10 working days notice may involve a small portion (~20%) of the full cost to be charged, this can be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
